Artificial intelligence is new, a bit overwhelming, and kind of scary. When redesigning the website we kept this in mind and our goal was to show the value of Assistant and how it can enrich everyday moments.
To help users understand what Assistant is, one of the concepts we worked with was tying the familiar with the intangible. Message bubbles in familiar contexts helps the user place themselves into the moment.
It was important to highlight how Assistant is the thread that ties the hardware together and makes the stories possible.
Assistant works with familiar apps. Hovering over app icons displays a bubble that shows what commands can be specifically used in the app.
